Justin Hall, Chief Executive OfficerJustin creates and explores simulation in online media. He created one of the early extensive home pages, “Justin’s Links from the Underground” in January 1994. In 2004, the New York Times Magazine referred to him as “the founding father of personal bloggers.” In May 2007, Hall graduated with an MFA from the Interactive Media Division at the University of Southern California, School of Cinematic Arts. His professional experience includes work with HotWired, electric minds, ZDTV, Gamers.com, Nokia’s TheFeature.com and the Creative Artists Agency. At GameLayers, Hall is in charge of managing relationships and strategy for the company.
Merci Victoria Grace, Chief Creative OfficerMerci is a creative force in the field of immersive entertainment design. A writer and artist, she has created a number of short films, animations, fictions, and CG sculptures. Her work has shown at the UCLA Hammer Museum in Los Angeles. She worked at Bad Robot Productions and was trained there in visual effects.
At GameLayers, Hammon envisions a game built on top of the entire internets and works with creative people to materialize that vision.
Duncan Gough, Chief Technology OfficerDuncan has built scores of online casual games and social software. His weblog, suttree.com has charted the development of casual play across the web since 2004. Gough was a senior developer at the UK-Australia games consultancy 3rd Sense. With 3rd sense, he was responsible for much of the design and coding of games portals including Millions of Games and Playaholics. At GameLayers, Gough is responsible for building our experiences and developing a roadmap for technological evolution.
Marc Adams, Senior DeveloperMarc has been eating code for breakfast for nearly eight years. Having graduated from the U.S. Navy Engineering Systems School in 1998, Marc is currently pursuing a dual degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Missouri Saint Louis. When not reading voraciously about coding techniques, he finds time to increase his already-substantial Xbox Live Gamerscore. At GameLayers, Adams is responsible for developing user experiences and the means for users to share those experiences.
Seraphina Brennan, Game Design InternSera has been with the industry since 2004, when she was making alternate reality games for fun. After finishing up Project Gateway and Wildfire Industries, she went back into hiding to complete her BA in Psychology and English Writing at the University of Pittsburgh. When she’s not game designing with Merci, she’s writing for Massively.com as a columnist and daily blogger. At GameLayers, Brennan helps design group dynamics and balanced gameplay.

At GameLayers, Wagner is responsible for supporting and advocating for players' needs, and serving as a conduit between the game community and its developers.
